After a tough campaign Graham Snell was successfully re-elected councillor in Manor with a majority of nearly 200. Result was as follows,

Tue 15th Apr 2008:

In the forthcoming local elections every ward in Stevenage will have a Liberal Democrat candidate. Graham Snell will be seeking re-election in the Manor Ward, whilst in Chells Gareth Steiner will be looking to continue the good work of Len Lambert. Len has decided to seek election in the Bedwell ward where he recently stood for County Council election.

Sun 18th Nov 2007:

Despite Gordon Brown running away from the calling of a general Election in October, Julia Davies the Lib Dems PPPC for Stevenage has continued on getting the Lib Dem message out to the voters of Stevenage. Here Julia is shown discussing the important issue of Crime with a local Stevenage resident at a recent campaign table in Stevenage town centre.

Robin Parker was re-elected local council for Manor Ward in this years Local elections. Full result listed below.

The local party agreed at the Executive Meeting on the 15th March to ratify the candidates for the local election on May 3rd.

On 27th March Julia Davies was re-selected, by an over whelming majority, as the Liberal Democrats' Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Stevenage.
